3. WARRANTY. The seller warrants that the products sold on this site are new, unused and high quality, because they are made by world-famous brands: BOSCH, BERU, PIERBURG, DENSO, CONTINENTAL, HITACHI, etc. Any falsifications are not sold on this site. The details of these manufacturers are being tested in the factory, meet the standard qualitative requirements for these goods, and defective are extremely rare. All goods in this store are subject of EU 2-year guarantee (legal guarantee) as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. This warranty period starts to run from the moment when the item is delivered to the customer.
4. RETURN OF GOODS. If you do not like the purchased item, or for other reasons, you can send back goods only within 14 days from receiving, if: 1) the commodity itself is intact and there are not clearly visible signs of its use, 2) is intact (unriped, unsullied) original product packing. Products, that have been built into the car, that means was begun to use - back will not be accepted. You must return warranty card also. The seller has the right to refuse to accept the return of goods, if you failed to maintain any of these conditions. When we receive the returned goods, we will refund money paid for the goods only. The fee for delivery is not refundable. About intention to return the goods please inform us by email. If you paid for the goods by direct transfer to our bank account in Swedbank, please send us your bank name and account number. 5. OTHER CONDITIONS. If you have received a message from us, that your ordered product is shipped, but you have not received the goods within 10 working days after sending in EU countries and 20 working days in other countries, please contact us. We will start search, because we send goods by post as registered postal packet only. However, we can not assume liability if the parcel will be delayed on third-party guilt, or because you have provided us with incorrect or incomplete address.
